"For the second time in ordering in 90 days I had to urge your people to call the doctor for the renewal of repeated prescription's. And don't tell me that's not your job. You do that job whenever it's necessary. So why put me through jumping thru hoops or jerking my chain like I'm a dog.
But more important, each time this task comes up I am made to follow up on you employees inaction. They know what to do, they're going to do it regardless. But you all make it a repetitive chore to get simple tasks done waisting more time of everyone evolved. Problem is, that your people are getting paid to waisted work, I'm not. I'm being raped of my productive time to follow up on near-do-wells.
But when the service kicks in, and/or I need info everything then falls into place and enjoy the business relationship. Most of your people have good telephone skills.
Please STOP the delays in getting orders filled.
