"IT is necessary to make your order at least a month before you need it, but they tell you that on the site. They have definitely improved their service by being able to upload your scanned in prescription directly and not having to go somewhere to fax it. They keep you informed of when your order is shipped. It takes longer from somewhere other than Canada and requires that you be at your home to sign for the medication if it comes from another country other than Canada. We don't know when that is going to happen and that does make it more challenging, but the prices are so much better than what we can get in the United States that it is definitely worth it and the medications they send are genuine and what is ordered."
