"everything was perfect except my order was held up because you could not retrieve my billing information. it took an extra two weeks to notify me of the delay, so i waied 6 weeks for delivery! I just submitted another order but I cALLED TO CHECK THAT YOU HAD THE CORRECT BILLING INFORMATION. i RESUBMIITED THE BILLING INFORMATION SO I hope there will be no delay with that order!"

"I had no problem ordering, that went as smooth as usual. However, after they received the prescription from the doctor, I got an email saying my credit card had been denied and that I should check with the bank and they would re-submit in 24 hours. I did call the bank. They did not approve the charge because of the new credit card processing company. They said that it is in a know high fraud charges country. The only way they would approve it is if I agreed to pay any fraudulent charges (that's not happening), so I had to switch to a paper check and mail it to Houston. Obviously this is going to take longer and is not as convenient, but I'll do it, because I can't afford the drugs any other way. Hopefully, they will again change their credit card processing company."
