That said, the ordering process was pretty good, but we were a bit disappointed at the time it took before we heard from someone, and then they asked us to confirm the originating pharmacy's fax number, and advised of possible issues with State boundaries etc.
As a customer we expect the merchant to have a handle on these kinds of things and sort it out if needed. We don't know anything about State law, or even possess a fax machine (SO last century ;-) It's already May 15th and we're still waiting..."
