"Complete waste of my time. I used to use this company for the great prices, and even though the last time I ordered I waited over a month after paying for my meds I foolishly tried them again for the prices.

This time they refused to cooperate with my doctors office, and wouldn't accept the prescription over the computer network like before,.and didn't offer the staff at the office another way of doing it. After examining the website I guess I probably could have mailed the prescription to them after making another trip to the doctors office to pick it up, but I have no interest in dealing with these people any longer.

I was already VERY underwhelmed from the last time when I had to practically beg for them to look in to why it was over a month without any sign of my medication.

So I guess roll the dice if you don't really care when, or if you get what you paid in advance for. This time when I said planet drugs direct wasn't cooperating with my doctor I was put through a painfully slow refund process without any mention of what exactly was the problem, or how can we fix it. Just what's the order number, and then wait.am extremely long time just to cancel the charges on my card.

Yes they are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I'd do busyness if it appeared they had some kind of business model, but I'm starting to think it's a couple people with an office in their basement ordering meds from Canada. F--"
