"Planet Drugs was a lifesaver for a dog in our rescue. This dog has asthma that has not responded to oral medications. the vet wrote a prescription for an inhaler, but when we priced it locally, we were told over $300 per inhaler. Planet Drugs had the same medication for a fraction of the cost. Delivery does take close to 30 days, as explained on the site, which is frustrating when you need a medication quickly. Our order arrived in good condition about 30 days after placing the order. Customer service has been prompt to answer our emails and questions. My biggest complaint with Planet Drugs, a few weeks after placing our order, we started receiving scam phone calls from people claiming to be DEA agents using my name and telling me that there are charges pending, etc. We have received about four of these calls from different phone numbers. If you do a quick internet search you will find it is a big scam that has been going on for years and tries to get the victim to wire money to "clear" the charges against them. If this happens to you, it is a scam, do not send money! Although Planet Drugs assured me that my information is secure with them, there is no other source these scammers could have used for the info making me very concerned about the security of our information."
