"I ordered generic Cialus (10 & 20mg) about 1.5 weeks ago. After giving them my order, they notified me the next day that they wanted me to verify my drugstores tele number.I told them that I had just gotten the prescription and did not think the drugstore had it yet. So, I told them I would fax it to them. That night I faxed the prescription 3-4 times and it never went through. The next morning I faxed it again 3-4 times and it still did not go through. I called them about it and they said that it took 24 hours for a fax to get processed and to try and fax it again. I did that and it still did not go through. I had sent a few emails to the lady who requested my drugstore number but never got a response. After my final attempt at faxing the scrip did not go through, I cancelled the order. When I cancelled the order, they did not seem to really care. I owned a couple of large retail stores for about 10 years and know all about customer relations and how important it is to get back to customers, or else they never come back. To date I still have not heard from them. So I ended up ordering the Cialus from a different company and they were very cordial and will probably have my business from now on. They did not even require a scrip but I do have one to send if they want. They took my order and it looks like, from the tracking, the pills are almost here now. I understand how difficult it is to find employees who care about the customer. I am a CPA and deal with small business on a daily basis and know about all of the pitfalls there are when trying to find employees who will take an interest in a customer and make sure the customer is satisfied. They are a large company and I am just a small, lowly, tiny purchase customer. But most large companies started out small at one time and were successful by taking good care of customers. As they get larger, they lose that personal contact with customers and begin to have slower growth because of that loss. Every customer should be treated like a king and like they are your most important customer. That means the difference between a company becoming very successful versus slow, abeit constant growth. This other pharmacy treated me with respect and will have all of my business from here on. I am amazed, almost daily, with the low level of concern that many companies have for their customers. My cpa practice has been very successful and that is mainly because I treat all clients with utter respect and like each one is very important to me and they are. They put bread on my family's table and without dedicated and loyal customers, a business will eventually fall by the wayside and some young, new, aggressive business will come along and take their place. I was halfheartedly expecting some kind of call from this pharmacy or an apology but none to date. I am only one customer but if they give such poor customer service to other prospective customers, they are losing a lot of business. They advertise that they have 400,000 customers and I would imagine that it took years to build that up. It will slowly erode. "
