"beware!! I ordered parts for my car and I paid for 2 day shipping, which was 7 days ago, I called the number and it kept going to what sounded like a cell phone voicemail, I left messages and sent e-mails, and I still have got no response. on the 5th day I got an e-mail from them with order details saying it was just shipped today, with a ups tracking number. when I put the tracking # in the UPS website, they had no record of it. and my account went into the negative because of an unauthorized charge of $130, 5 days after it was paid in full at time of order. several more attempts of contact were attempted, still no reply. I will never do business with rufaster again. im out the money and the product I ordered , plus a headache at the bank. BBB will hear from me !!! always read ratings before shopping."

"Be aware. This company doesnt have it anywhere in their shipping policy and their shipping calculator calculated free shipping but was told I would have to pay more for shipping to hawaii. Company would not even honor their free shipping despite not saying anywhere that it only applies to continental US.will never do business with them ever."
