"beware!! I ordered parts for my car and I paid for 2 day shipping, which was 7 days ago, I called the number and it kept going to what sounded like a cell phone voicemail, I left messages and sent e-mails, and I still have got no response. on the 5th day I got an e-mail from them with order details saying it was just shipped today, with a ups tracking number. when I put the tracking # in the UPS website, they had no record of it. and my account went into the negative because of an unauthorized charge of $130, 5 days after it was paid in full at time of order. several more attempts of contact were attempted, still no reply. I will never do business with rufaster again. im out the money and the product I ordered , plus a headache at the bank. BBB will hear from me !!! always read ratings before shopping."
