advice:
1. give instructions to customers on how to purge the computer. I was considering not selling it for fear of my personal data getting out there. I learned how to clear my i-mac on my own but i would have felt more comforted if i received a video or instructions
2. make it easier to get a box. to ship it in. i would imagine most people don't keep there original box. I suppose if it arrives to you broken, the client eats it.
