Case 1 - My shipment has been lost, which was valued Rs 9000 and insured also. But shiprocket deducted my money for RTO charges also.
How can they charge RTO if the shipment is lost.
As you can see in attached images. My total refund amount would be Rs. 10427 but they have refunded only Rs. 9402. It means Rs. 1025 less they have refunded.

Case 2 - In this case, no delivery attempt made by courier service and courier company refused to deliver the parcel. Again shiprocket deducted the money for RTO charges without delivery attempt.

I started using another Courier service |Courier Aggregator bigship.in services. They are very responsive and courier charges are very cheap as compared to shiprocket. You will save lots of money.

"Lots of issue during the API integration. Whenever communicating with Tech support team they are replying very silly answer which is not useful. Lack of Knowledge Tech support team. After couple of times follow up about my issue still my issue was not resolved. At the end I felled disappointed and very dissatisfied with the tech team. As a seller I will never recommend to anyone choose shiprocket as a courier partner.

"I booked a shipment through Shiprocket, but it was not delivered, my customer called and I followed up, they informed me my package was disposed off.
I was surprised, I checked their logs , and found that my package went missing during audit and then miraculously reappeared , got damaged and they disposed off the product without informing me.
I called customer service (very bad) , they informed that my package was damaged during transit and it was disposed, I referred to their own logs and informed them to check what happened. They asked me to email, I did.
They did not clarify what happened and said it was disposed off due to poor packing. I just told them, they did not have the right to do that, they have to hold my parcel until they get confirmation from my end. They are not owners, I am.
I’ve asked them shut my account and services, I will take appropriate sets to rectify. This is BS. "
