"Been charged for 10 times the amount of my shipment in weight discrepancy. Also the dimensions mentioned are absolutely wrong. Been charged after 65+days of delivery. Had shipped a parcel which was 3.8 kgs been charged for 29.696 kgs. FYI it is physically impossible to fit almost 30kgs of weight on the dimensions provided by shiprocket. They are now asking me for proff. I asked them to show my parcel with proff which they denied saying this is the process. What a pathetic shipping aggregator. When you accuse someone of something alteast have the decency to prove it. Customer service is also pathetic. Disconnected my calls thrice by three different employees when asked for a supervisor "

"Had worse experience with shiprocket, Guys I personally recommend never use shiprocket
they have no control over their courier partners they keep buying time for not delivered items.
there customer care is worse they know only to say “sorry” or “I will escalate to my senior” and provide no resolution,
if you create ticket they will close with one liner answer “Location is having complete lockdown and expected EDD for this shipment is after 8- 10 days” . had never got any resolution to any of my problem.
These people are puppets with no authority....

"We having account with shiprocket for more than years. but in the last 6 months especially in the last 3 months, their service in customer support is really gone worst as possible.
Reasons:
1. Zero Customer support to solve their problem. These guys following the ticketing tools to track tickets but without responding properly they are closing the tickets.
For example, We had our account managers named Rajesh Rana and Deepika Sharma. Both people working on a weight Discrepancies for nearly 500+ products with the shipping provider. They haven't solved the problem in time and closed the ticket without informing us.
To track them back as our balance nearly 1 lakh was involved in that issue, these Deepika and Rajesh never picked up the call even a single time where we tried to reach them in multiple numbers nearly 200+ times not even answered. Mails to their official emails (****@****, ****@****, ****@****) and their escalation emails not been answered to us.
Also, we tried calling customer support every time the new agent comes and says our account manager will call you back shortly in 5 minutes, it becomes days, weeks, and later months. we really become frustrated enough to loosing lakhs and lakhs of money just to them.
Another important part is this account manager like Anupama, Deepika wasn't answered our calls to solve our problems. My question to their management is why you are people paying salary to them just their responsibility to keep them as account managers? Or the other staff doing the same way?
I request everyone don't give a damn order to the Shiprocket as they cheating the people in the name of the service they do. Highly ridiculous act. Running an eCommerce company and provide great service to our customers and being integrated with these false and underrated people brings us in the bad face with our customers and putting us in the loss.
We cannot report them on google, or any pages where they are clever enough in hiding all the negative reviews.
To CEO Saahil Goel: Do you really want to run this business in such a way? Pathetic man. Do you remember we gave 5-star ratings on google 8 months earlier but all went bad really.

"As a new client of Shiprocket, we faced lot of issues in API integration. I am very surprised the way Shiprocket team behaves as soon as we bought the account.
There is no one who listen in this company. Multiple calls, number of tickets have been raised on our issue.
We just received unwanted offers from Shiprocket and a simple message that ticket is being worked upon.
THERE IS ZERO SUPPORT.

"1. Sometimes they are not delivering parcel to the assigned location , return to u back and they charged amount for that.
2.And if you call customer care for the complain, they don't listen the complain and if listen then they will not solve it(Only they raise the tickets).
3.Their weight calculation system is not good, Always they show your weight is wrong and calculate higher weight wise rate.
4. Their pick up is always and always delay by 3-5 days....

I understand you people might be busy and shortage of staff due to lockdown but you guys lost my parcel. Don't know what to do next?=>Your support team is not responding properly. After waiting for 30 minutes on hold and suddenly phone gets disconnected.
It was my fault.. I choose Ship Rocket for low cost but I found you guys charge less as you provide a cheap service.
We are using Amazon Transport Service (ATS) for our regular shipments. We send about 500-600 parcels daily, 30 days a month and they deliver it perfectly without delay.
Ship Rocket salesman calls and make face promises but one we get into trap, No one is there to hear us.
When you don't have capability to deliver Shipments, Why you promise and Charge us money in advance.
Seems like a fake company with fake support system.
Just tell me where my parcel is?, I will go and get it from anywhere."

1) Account manager never picks the call
2) on most of shipment they charges extra on weight discrepancy which is not real
3) during locked down they keep sending mails for RTO and all and writes that if action is not taken than we will not able to claim charges in future.
4) They keep calling for upgrade and said we will serve better if you upgrade, after upgrade NO SERVICE - NO SUPPORT
if this is not resolved will stop using shiprocket very soon."

1. They loot money in the name of 'Weight Discrepancy'. They smartly provide you the tools to dispute weight discrepancy, but it never works. Though you can enter the perfect weight with all right dimensions as it is, they will always take extra money in at least 4 of your 10 items.
2. They sign you up showing lesser money, but you'll be always made to pay at least 3-4 times than what you have agreed for.
3. They never reply.
Shiprocket's motto is 'Shipping is a volume game, Sellers will not have time to appeal for each shipping as they would be focusing on other orders. India do not have much competition in Shipping Aggregation. Direct shipment companies like FedEX are not user friendly. Chalo, let us loot as much as possible;'."
