"We experienced their service last year and it was average. We thought of giving one more chance to them. However the experience is even worst. We have scheduled shipment within the city which as per them had TAT of 2 days. However few pick was with 3 days. Delivery was delayed like crazy and when we contacted them, they have just raised the cases and resolved them in the system without actual resolution. Overall services are really bad. Not advisable for e-commerce delivery as they do not have time sensitivity. They will not even share the escalation matrix. Many times customer will reject the shipment because of delay and your business impacts badly because of it. Many time their courier partner will not attempt the delivery and update as "attempted but customer was not available". Avoid the services offered by them as customer is more important. No point in losing customer because of bad shipment experience ."

You need to have plenty of time to take follow-ups from these people because they have started taking their customers on granting and now lease interested to reply to their customers.
Don't get caught with their prices shown on the website.
You will be overcharged many times. Even if parcel size is small and it's under 500 gm - they can charge 1 kg at any time. Their courier partners don't listen to them and these people also do not help to make a resolution between courier company and you.
Also, they say that they provide the insurance and will make you register with their company and once parcel gets lost they will not return your money.
Overall - the company is very poor in responding to you over your tickets.
For international parcel - it's a big not to take their services. They tie-ups with DHL and FedEx are just for the name. Your parcel will get stuck to the customs department for unlimited time and then it may put additional expenses to your customer too."
