"Same bad experience as many others on here. I have had to send the same camera back 3 times for problems with the female ethernet port, and have easily paid for the camera twice in shipping costs to send it back. Tech support is rude and unhelpful, they just want to get you off the phone. This company does not care about their customers at all. They try to lure you with low prices, and then offer no support. Will never buy from them again. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere."

"What ever you buy. Check out the specs. More then two dvr's I have had problems with. Last year red flags went up when I bought 4 cameras that no way was 600tvl with sony superhad chipsets. So they said. In reality they looked like 420tvl cmos. Slow with off colors.
Now days most of their higher end CCTV dvrs has glitches and preforms no where near the written specs, if by chance the specs are given in full detail.
To a common person they will never see the glitches... until they need decent playback from a recording. Or put the dvr through its paces in configuring.
Customer service is poor. No one has in depth knowedge of the equiptment.Just a turn and burn company.If you get a bad dvr, theyll upgrade you to a new dvr the same or better. NOT! They send you a lower grade dvr and wear you down on the shipping cost. The gw 3016 cost $76.00 to send back from Texas to Cal. I got back a two step down new dvr that preformed no near the original one that went bad and had bugs.
They are one big rip off. Even on ebay. Check their feed back."
