Been in the guitar business for 25 years and was blown away with the quality of guitars and the customer service.
Saw the line of LDG guitars on the interweb, found the sellers website and I assumed they were just your typical import guitars. So i emailed shopyst.com, got a hold of a young man (George) and I asked my normal questions to try to stump and trick the rep and get them to admit the guitars were oK at best.
I think with on 10 minutes I had a email back from George and he has all the right answers, was not expecting that. He knows his guitars, told me all the good stuff about the guitars and also told me about the 1 particular finish issue in the chrome bridge on the guitar I was looking at. If he had not told me about it, I would have never even seen it but he made sure I knew about it.
I placed my order on the 15th and the tracking showed me it was sitting at the main hub here on the 18th, but because of the holiday I was unable to get it until the 21st, otherwise I would have had it in 4 days. Thats fast for being half way across the country.
Got the guitars, packing was over the top, guitar showed up in perfect condition.
Other than a few tweaks to the electronics and set the action to my liking, my new LDG LP has become one of my go to guitars for recording and general player, thats if I can keep it away from my son, he flipped out once he played it and now every time I turn around, he is playing it or it on his guitar stand.
One of the best kept secrets on the interweb and with the service I got and George willing to go the extra mile for me, I will assure you I will be purchasing many more guitars from Shopyst and maybe a few other toys they offer:).

"After hours of searching the Internet, this site came up for window hardware. I was able to find the items I needed and was able to order them in smaller quantities for minor repairs.

After placing my order, I was contacted by customer service which said the price total was incorrect for the number of items I ordered. They refigured my order with a proper batch number, retotaled the amount and refunded me about $30. This is a great site to find hardware for my 20 year old windows and this will be my first stop for this type of purchase in the future. "
