"We ordered window locks. They didn't fit our windows. I sent them an email (more than one) requesting the return authorization number so that I could return the locks. They say that you have to have that number to return an item. To this day I have not had any response from them with a return authorization number. So I mailed the locks back to them, and paid an extra $10 to get a certified return receipt from the post office to prove that I did indeed return the locks. I am hopefully awaiting a response and a refund from this company.

"No directions were included with product. The latch that open and closes the lock was too long and it cost us many hours of unnecessary trouble. After many hours we noticed that this part was longer than the one of the lock that we took off, and we tried to cut it off to be the same length, but could not because this part was too thick, finally we went to the hardware store and they cut it down to the length as the old one. I am sorry I don't know the name of this part, because as I said, there were no directions."

"after purchasing a patio door pkg from a national home improvement center locally we found one of the handles defective, & then learned the store did not carry the same handle as a replacement part (bad business). fortunately your site popped up during a search for the handle's model number, & we found the exact handle needed, & priced for less (compared with comparable models available). navigating the site & placing the order was easy.
the one thing i experienced that wasn't so satisfying was the inability to track the order through the shipping process. it was promised for delivery within a few days, but three days later there was no shipping info & this made me nervous. however, the pkg arrived on time, thankfully.
no doubt i will return to this site when the need arises in the future. overall, a satisfying experience."
