"Purchased 2 cards from them. Their website states that there are NUMEROUS spas local to me that accept the cards, but upon inquiring and setting the appointments for using the cards, NO ONE WILL ACCEPT THEM DO TO NON PAYMENT FROM SPAFINDER !! YOU HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET AND TRY AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM SPAFINDER!! I already bought and paid for the gift cards, WHY would I pay for the services !! I tried getting a refund on the cards because no one will take them do to non payment, and their customer service stated 5 times after 5 phone calls that my refund would be processed within 24-48 hours and guess what .....nothing...4 phone calls back and each time I am told, 24-48 hours I will receive an email, but guess what....nothing...I get every damn email from them still trying to SELL me something though !!!!

one month of time, 10 hours on the phone with 5 phone calls, multiple promises from them that I will get an email confirming my refund, and I still have NOTHING other than 2 cards that I paid 250 dollars for that are worth absolutely ZERO because no one will accept them do to NON PAYMENT for the services from Spafinder.com

scam company as far as I am concerned and would recommend TO STAY AWAY !!!!!! "
