"Each order I placed in the last months is CANCELLED !!! No explanation, just CANCELLED !! AND IF I CAN GET SN ORDER TO GO THROUGH, I DONT KNOW IT BECAUSE WHEN I GO TO SUBMIT THE ORDER, THEN GET AN ERROR 505 MESSAGE TO TRY AGAIN LATER... NEXT THING I KNOW I HAVE 3 ORDERS PLACED WITH NONE OF THEM EVER BEING SHIPPED !! It's a hassle and crapshoot to order from you due to the website issues and CONSTANT order cancellations !!!"

WAS SKEPTICAL TO ORDER, NOW I SEE WHY........
"Placed the order ( very easy to navigate web site ) and took forever to ship ( 1-2 weeks ) ...received the item ( as described ) and the unit was missing links to size it ( will not fit without links ) ...emailed no less than 10 times over the last two weeks and get canned responses...talked to Pedro once a week ago and numerous emails over the last week have gone unresolved. It should NOT be this hard to rectify this situation to get a prepaid RMA so I may receive a refund !! I very much wanted this transaction to go well as I wanted to order more on their site but with ZERO customer service and help when something goes wrong on THEIR end, why bother ! I CAN say the product was as they described it, but as of right now, its USELESS to me due to the missing components. If they would have responded to the situation ( and emails ) and offered a resolution to the problem, I can work with that, but with ZERO assistance from them in getting this handled, I now have a watch that sits in the box that is absolutely useless. This COULD have been a POSITIVE review for them, but after over 10 emails, 2 weeks and ZERO help in getting this handled from DAILYSTEALS, I have no other choice but to leave a negative review. Disappointing as I say, as I wanted to order more items from them :-("

"HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Special ordered a ring that they stated should take 6-8 weeks to make. Called back a week 3 weeks later to check status of the ring and they said that it had not begun production yet.Called them back later that day to cancel the order and they wanted to charge me a $6.00 restocking fee . I asked WHY am I paying a restocking fee for a ring that just hours ago you said had not even begun production and they stated " it is in line for production ".... I politely asked " how can you restock something that has not yet been produced " , and they stated that the $6.00 restocking fee would apply if I wanted to cancel the order. I told them that I was planning on cancelling the special order and just placing an order for a NEW ring with the gift card I had from them, and if they were going to charge me a $6.00 restocking fee for something that has not even been MADE yet, they will lose my business which is a LOT more than $6.00 profit for them ! They then told me the order was cancelled and that I would be charged the $6.00 restocking fee. I politely asked them to run it by their manager that they are going to lose a WHOLE lot of business due to the 6.00 restocking fee, as I had a gift card to use through them, and the $6.00 restocking fee will eliminate ANY future business from me. Their reply was " the $6.00 restocking fee has been deducted from your refund "...... obviously their managers feel that they would rather make $6.00 on a restocking fee than have someone use $500 of their gift card money!! Simple economics would lead me to believe that they will make a lot more $ on a $500 purchase than a $6.00 restocking fee, but what do I know.. This was my first and last purchase through them and I encourage you NOT to waste your time and money at JVL unless you want to deal with a lot of frustration . Just my opinion so be warned"

"DONT DO IT !!!!! I placed my first order with them about a month and a half ago. After not hearing anything from them after they had my payment for two weeks, I filed a Paypal dispute against them. Not two hours after I filed the dispute, ABE emails me and says that they have had email problems and are working on shipping out my order. For my problems, ABE said he would send some freebies with the order to make up for the problem . I received the order shortly after that, but of course , THERE WERE NO FREEBIES (no big deal, at least I got my order) .... I took a chance on them again about three weeks ago, and OF COURSE, I have heard NOTHING ! No replies to emails or anything, BUT THEY SURE TOOK MY MONEY FAST !! Sooooooooooo, I filed ANOTHER Paypal dispute a week ago and have yet to hear anything .......I also see now that on their website, I cannot access my invoice number anymore, due to them removing the invoice number from all our order details. Could this be removed because we need that number for the resellerratings review ????Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ....Long story short, If you want to throw your money away, spend HOURS fighting with them and Paypal to get your money back, THEN ORDER FROM DIZBEE or JIZBEE !!! If you DO order from them, I have no choice but to tell you I TOLD YOU SO, after you NEVER receive your item or your refund......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ........ ( freekshow )"
