"I bought an air pump online. I couldn't see an indication on the website whether the pump was new or remanufactured. The price was the same as other retailers' price for remanufactured but with shipping was a bit more. So, I called StockWiseAuto and asked the representative if the pump was new or rebuilt. She checked and told me that it was new, definitely not rebuilt, so I bought it. When I got it it was marked remanufactured. Apparently, the fact that it is rebuilt is mentioned on one of the sub-pages somewhere. I think the fact that it's rebuilt should be clearly displayed on the main page (like their competitors do, ex. see RockAuto). If their own employees can't tell that it's rebuilt then that clearly shows that they need to improve their notification. I gave 2/5 rating instead of 1/5 rating because the part seems to be working fine . . . for a rebuilt part."
"Do not recommend this company. I ordered a cabin filter for my car. In Notes, I specifically pointed out in bold that it should be Cabin filter. They sent me emgine filter. I asked them to reimburse my shipping back expenses and they said that they do not do that despite the fact that they recognized that it was their mistake. Any kind of communication and trying to compromise did not get any results. So, as a result I am in negative $8 from doing business with this company."

"Placed order for two front wheel vehicle drive shafts wanting to pay for 1 shipping cost. Paid for low cost shipping expecting 5-7 days. Took two weeks to arrive and when it did, only one drive shaft was included. Contacted Stockwise via email and received response stating they were out of stock of one item and "tried to contact me" and so they shipped one and refunded the other. I received NO contact on this from them and was expecting both these parts so I could replace in time for a trip. Refund just now showing up on my bank statement. Now, I still need another drive shaft (now from a different manufacturer) and will now have to pay another shipping cost (expedited) to get in time. VERY UNHAPPY. Will N E V E R order from them again."
"well my order was not filled in a timely manner it took seven days to fill my order it was only filled after contacting google and getting them involved.Then they couldn't fill my order completely so more emails to get a refund for shipping costs then when my order arrives the parts sent were not the brand i ordered.I purchased a spacific brand because as a technician i have had good luck with this brand and do not care for the quality of the brand they sent."
