"This was my first time using this company. I ordered 2 wheelhub/bearing assemblies...same part. I ordered them 7/1/13, the shipping said it would be in either 7/3/13 or 7/4/13. We all know nothing gets done on 7/4 so I thought it would probably arrive on the friday which was 7/5/13. My parts did not ship out until 7/5/13 but no one advised me that it was being sent later than estimated. Disappointed because i was going to get my car fixed on the Saturday. Had to wait an additional week to get the work done. I did receiver the parts on the following tuesday. I inspected the parts and noticed that the 2 wheel bearing were different from each other. One had ridges in the rubber part in the middle of the metal and the other one didnt. From research I knew that others had problems with installation of the one without ridges. So I contacted the company to address the issue. I thought I was very specific in what the problem was but their response did not seem to understand. Several emails back and forth (from different people on their end) Ultimately the issue was resolved, they refunded the cost of 1 of the assemblies and I didnt have to send it back. The refund actually made it back into my account that same week. So I was not happy with the original issue involving the bearing but I am happy with how it got resolved. Ending up buying a 2nd wheel hub/bearing assembly from a local company--I liked the ability to go touch it and examine it first...but it did cost me $30 more than the one from Stockwiseauto.com. Do your research on what you are buying first. make sure you know what you are expecting to get. "
