"You peeps were awesome. I found it comforting that there were questions regarding my delivery and shipping addresses (one was different from the other). I had to verify who I was and why the difference, which was fine with me. The only people who would be upset by your verification request, are those who are stealing identities or something. So, it was not at all an issue for me.
The part came on time and the staff was very helpful and considerate. They assured me that the sensitive information I attached to e-mails (for identity verification) was destroyed, which was very nice. Someone got away with $500 from my account at one point a while back, so this helped ease some anxiety I had with that information.
