"We were notified that the part would ship and receive after 3-5 days. Two axles were ordered but only one came. The van was on jacks for 6 days because of this. There was no indication that only one axle would come was there any note that another would follow. I tried to call all day and finally had to email with the request about the other axle. An email return with a note saying it was shipping on Friday (6days ago) The note said a tracking number would follow but it did not. I had to write another note requesting it. The tracking number was provided to find out it would be delivered today and it was. When I installed the axle bearing and seal, the axle did not fit the bearing. It was too tight. So, I had to buy a new bearing and seal which then fit. The bearing and the seal that came with the axle were useless and junk. "
