1) One of the Rhinopac 4699 shock's fastening clip was loose so it does not click in too securely
2) Rhinopac 4637 shocks did not come with fastening clips (clip part # 51231908430), and now they need to be purchased separately requiring shipping again

"Nothing is really wrong on their part. However, for good or better customer services, they should be improved.
1. The whole shipping box and a few inside part packages were broken during transportation. Need to improve the packaging ways.
2. It took 8+ days to ship from StockWiseAuto to me by FedEx on 09/08/2011, not counting the wait time for preparing shipments. How about UPS? cheaper and faster.
3. I ordered at 9:00 AM Western time on 08/31/2011, but the package did go out until the next day. Why waited so long?
4. Due to inexperienced, I only ordered one rotor for each of my three cars (I thought two rotors were in each box/order). StockWiseauto, just like me, did not bother to check with me why ordered only one rotor (instead of a pair of two) for each car.

"I found StockwiseAuto.com from a Google search looking for the part I purchased. I did some research on stockwiseauto.com from different Forums. All had good comments about the company. Of course there were some about the parts being cheap and so one. I have been bitten by buying cheap parts before on E-bay. So I was unsure of buying this cheap part.
