"My Yorkshire terrier (dog) was trying to get a chipmunk out of my 4 Runner engine compartment when she ripped out the rubber aprons that keep mud and water away from the engine. Closest Toyota dealer is an hour and a half drive but forgot to re-attach them during two service visits. Local tire dealer did the job but didn't have new clips and they came loose again. Drove further to Carlson Toyota and they gave me the part numbers. Which I ordered here and received a great price and fast delivery. Next I'll get the local tire dealer to install these new parts and finally I'll have this repaired.

"I intended to purchase a seatbelt extension for my handicap Sienna van. Found the part and it list participating dealers with the available part. So, I selected the closest to me. Two days later I get a notice from dealer it is on back order. A little frustrating!"
"I placed my parts order online on a Sunday, excited that I had the option to pick up the part in person because it was an urgent need. By Monday afternoon I had received NO confirmation email about my purchase, so I called Toyota Direct and was told that my part had to be ordered, they expected it would be in the next day, and they would email me to let me know. I had no more communication from them at all — no order confirmation, no notification about part arriving, nothing. On Thursday I called again and they said my order had accidentally been "archived" so no emails had been sent, but I could come pick up the part. A four-day wait was not what I was looking for when ordering from a local company. Big, big disappointment."
