The parts guy wouldn't supply a replacement for the defective large oil filter gasket that had torn or allow me to buy one separately. This leaves me with one unusable oil filter, worthless without an intact gasket. I shouldn't have to throw this oil filter away, because of the defect. I request that Toyota supply me with a replacement gasket."
