"need a radiator cap, use vin to look it up. find it under a new part #, that also references the old number( s ). order the new revised #. later get an email saying since I used the vin I need to order the old number, the new # order will be cancelled. go back in, can't order the old #, vin or not. reply this info via email. they get back to me via email to say order the new #. oh well, 2-3 days wasted.
