The only hiccup was my proof was not the correct size, so worked with Ken on getting the correct proof sent, while ordering the correct table top display for the proof I originally submitted. Ken was very nice and also provided the resizing specs I needed so was able to submit to my marketing team for the resizing and will order a new banner when its ready. Great job and very good customer service from your team."
"Your header showing a cost of $290 is quite misleading as that is only for the display. Everyone would want a printed vinyl to start with. And at no time was I able to upload artwork with order. Where do I send artwork?"
“I'm sorry you were confused by the pricing, but if you look, right under the price is says "Banner Extra" because we do sell all of our products either way. We sell to other printers who just need the display without a banner, and to customers who want to have their banner printed by someone they have a relationship with already, so not everyone orders with a banner. The other reason they are priced that way is because it makes it easier to compare the cost of the stands. Different stands, including this one, can be used with many different banner heights, and we also offer different banner materials, and all of those change the cost, so any price we put with a banner could easily be different once you selected the options you prefer, so just showing the cost of the stand makes that comparison to other products easier. The price updates when you make your selection, and I see you completed the order, so it seems like you figured out the pricing but if you ever have a question, feel free to contact us before you place the order. We actually answer the phone. As for your files, those are uploaded at the end of the order using the big red Upload button on the Order Confirmation page and it will also be in your order confirmation email. Since you finished your order I'm guessing you already figured that out but if you have a problem, give us a call. ”
"Once again we had a positive experience ordering 8' tube frames + graphics. Trade Show Displays is fast and delivers on time. The really great point is also their customer service. Your order is assigned to a customer service person plus someone on the graphics/file side and either is available for questions, by email or phone. Recommendations on the reproduction values of submitted artworks are made and proofing is fast.
The only issue we had were the automated links sent after you place the order. They seem not always able to handle large files. But, the CSR sent us an alternate link which worked great.
I also had trouble retrieving the complete order confirmation so I could submit the expenses but that was probably just me. Either way the CSR sent me the confirmation and I was all set."

"I had a question and got an email within an hour with an answer. Also, after I submitted my art and part of it was in danger of pixilation due to resolution issues, I received a call instead of back and forth emailing and the issue was resolved quickly.
This level of customer service used to be the norm, but often is not these days. I am super happy with my Table Top retractable banner."

We ordered some tradeshow materials for a client and they executed the projects perfectly, but the major thing was the outstanding customer service. So rare to work with a company that actually picks up the phone when you call, and work as a unified team so anyone you talk to knows exactly what's going on with your stuff. Definitely recommend!"

"The proofing process was a bit tedious. They did end up catching a spelling error I had missed after it was printed, informed me and were able to reprint it without delay ($24 reprint fee). I had them overnighted. I ordered on Wednesday and they were here the following Monday. The banners are very nice and set up easily though one was retracted all the way into the roll and both of them that I ordered the protective endcap on the pull bar were popped off and had to be popped on."

“I'm sorry you found the display to be too heavy. It's a briefcase style table top display and it only weighs 12 lbs so I'm not sure there's a way to make a display like this lighter and still be stable. I looked to see if we have any other table top displays in a similar size range that's significantly lighter and I'm not seeing anything that isn't about the same or heavier so I don't have a good recommendation for you. I am surprised that you rated our customer service so poorly when we made special arrangements to get this to you by your due date, even though you didn't provide one on your order. I'm not sure what else we could have done but please let us know if there's something we missed. ”
