"Very helpful customer service. My local vendors offered a nearly identical banner display unit rated for outdoor purposes, but the cost was more than double the cost of Trade Show Displays. And, my local distributor's unit was identical EXCEPT his was lacking the flexible pole with a spring unit. The TSD unit did have that, allowing it to bend in a windy situation.
