Not a happy camper!"

It sounds like some bug must have been affecting your experience, as people don't normally get that error screen. Glad you have your policy though. Next time you'd like to buy insurance I'd encourage you to just call our call center at 800-228-9792. They'd be happy to just do all the typing for you. Whether you buy via the phone or online, the price is exactly the same.
