We don't normally have issues like this arise because of our secure system for dealing with credit card transactions.
During a purchase card information is passed to our card processor using a secure connection. Once the card is processed the card number is erased from our system memory and only a reference to the transaction is saved in our database. Travelex Insurance Services does not store credit card numbers in our database.”
