"From what I can tell, Trinity Software deals in a "gray" area of software in that they offer non-retail versions of software or registration codes or license keys for software that can be downloaded from vendor sites. Non-retail may be backup CDs or other non-boxed (but OEM) software.

In my case, I ordered a 3-user license key for a popular antivirus package that I already had installed, and which was up for annual renewal. Trinity offered the key for less than half the price that the vendor asked.

The good:
- prices are very low;
- the web site is very clear and informative, and provides every detail you might need to know about what they're selling and what you should expect to receive;
- customer service was very friendly, responsive and helpful;
- after-the-sale email was immediate and helpful;
- the license key they provided was valid and legal.

The not-so-good:
- Apparently, out-of-stock circumstances are not shown on the website;
- The provisioning of the license key in my case had to be performed manually, so even though my purchase was for only a key, it required human intervention. Not a big deal, but a minor nit.

In summary, I can recommend Trinity Software to those who fully understand what they will be getting. Potential buyers need to carefully read the terms of sale and all technical details regarding the software. With those caveats, it seems to be a very good site to acquire software at highly competitive prices."

I purchased above product one year back. Now Microsoft is not accepting this license. That means Trinity Liquidations Inc sold same key to another customer.
I have contacted Microsoft, they said contact your vendor who sold this product.
I called Trinity Liquidations Inc they are saying contact Microsoft phone help, they will resolve my issue.

i got response and Trinity Liquidations Inc sent me new KEY to activate my windows.

"Received the product in good condition Windows 7 Home Premium retail version. Their site showed the product number as 00019; but when I received the product it showed 00025. I call their customer service number and talked with David and he assured me the two versions were the same. I did a net search and checked with Microsoft and found out the two products were the same the only difference was 00019 version was for reatil sales in the US and the 00025 version was for sales outside the US. I checked with a net site in Cananda and found out this was right. It is just a way of microsoft tracking sales of product in the US and outside the US. Trinity software gets an A plus and four stars in my book would recommend them to everybody I know ans will use them again. Nice to deal with a Christian company you dont get ripped off."

"I ordered a 'new' copy of "Rosetta Stone Spanish (Latin America) Level 1, 2 & 3 Personal Ed V2" I received what were obviously used discs, simply shrink-wrapped without original packaging nor documentation. When I phoned the company to suggest that their description was less than honest, the woman representing Trinity became very aggressive. Saying that 'she' would never lie nor mislead. Then ignoring my point about an obviously used product, she mentioned that the product that I paid only $299, ordinarily costs $500. I mention the product that costs $500 is the latest version (3), not v2 that I purchased. I mentioned that was another less-then-honest statement. She offered to take a return, minus shipping. I informed her that it was too much trouble, but, rather, that I would accurately review her business online. She then threaten to sue me for review. So much for honesty. Such aggressive and unkind behaviors has me wonder, what does "Trinity" stands for." Do you? "
