"I ordered a 'new' copy of "Rosetta Stone Spanish (Latin America) Level 1, 2 & 3 Personal Ed V2" I received what were obviously used discs, simply shrink-wrapped without original packaging nor documentation. When I phoned the company to suggest that their description was less than honest, the woman representing Trinity became very aggressive. Saying that 'she' would never lie nor mislead. Then ignoring my point about an obviously used product, she mentioned that the product that I paid only $299, ordinarily costs $500. I mention the product that costs $500 is the latest version (3), not v2 that I purchased. I mentioned that was another less-then-honest statement. She offered to take a return, minus shipping. I informed her that it was too much trouble, but, rather, that I would accurately review her business online. She then threaten to sue me for review. So much for honesty. Such aggressive and unkind behaviors has me wonder, what does "Trinity" stands for." Do you?"
