"Update: Just as Yugster responded, I got my computer in four days. There never was any tracking information. That makes me concerned. What if someone wasn't here and it was left out in the inclement weather or stolen? Customers need to have that information so as to plan ahead.
I am pretty happy with my PC, but I had to install numerous updates and drivers. After getting it to the speed and place I wanted it, I ended up upgrading to Windows 10. It didn't work the first time because of McAfee. So, if you want to install it, you will have to uninstall McAfee. Actually, I use a really great antivirus, firewall, plus other tools. It is 360 Total Security. It is very easy on resources and easy to learn. I also installed other programs to clean, optimize and maintain my newer PC. I am really concerned now that I have read the reviews for Yugster here and the complaints on BBB. It seems they don't have very good customer service.
I ordered a refurbished computer four days ago, and they are still showing that it is being prepared for shipment. I emailed them the day before yesterday and have not received a response except for their canned response, I've seen here, stating it is around the holidays and things are slow right now. Below is what I received, in my email, as their response. I have seen this exact same response here on ResellerRatings. It is questionable, in my estimation, that they would respond that they are behind due to the holidays when Christmas was over two months ago.

I became, especially, nervous when I found out they, immediately, took the money out of my PayPal account before shipping it.
What company does this? I have never had a company take my payment out before shipping. Furthermore, I have never had a company not respond to me in less than two days. I don't think and honorable company would function this way.
In my opinion, to be on the safe side, I would prefer to cancel this order rather than take a chance on getting damaged or a non usable computer, such as, I read on BBB. Then be charged for shipping it back, as I've seen them do to people. Or they charge a 20% restocking fee, if you open a package! How are you supposed to know if something is any good or not if you don't?
Then, to top it all, they don't give you the option of cancelling after a few hours? It is the law that they have to give a customer three days to change their mind.
I really feel uncomfortable about my order for this computer now. I really would like to have and need one, but I just am not sure I trust Yugster.com.
The more I think of it, the more I am convinced it would be in my best interest to have them cancel my order. I don't believe I will be ordering from Yugster, and I will tell my friends not to either. The ones I invited anyway."

“Upon review or your order it looks like your item was delivered on February 11th by FedEx at 9:29 am which is just 4 days from your order. Once an item as shipped we have very little control on the status updates that are provided by the carriers. We're happy to see upon further investigation that you order was in fact delivered before the 5-7 business days we state in our FAQs.”
