The items are quality merchandise, not junk like some daily deal sites and their customer service is superb, if you ever need to contact them which is very very seldom. "I've had multiple orders where items delivered were not what was promised, and lately customer service has gone AWOL.
Case in point for my most recent order for alkaline batteries. The delivered batteries were heavy duty batteries. Requested a return/refund on Feb 19 and there's been no response from customer service by Feb 24.
In the past they've offered soft white dimmable LED bulbs that were neither soft white nor dimmable. When I pointed that out they refunded my money and I kept the bulbs (which died immediately when trying to dim them, and lasted an average of 2 weeks when not dimmed).
I was twice sent queen size sheets when full size were ordered - they could not get the order right on the second try. At least back then customer service was trying."
"Ordered some Beats Headphones, they came in a bag with a statement saying "no manufacturer's warranty" so I have tried numerous times to contact them to return and they simply don't answer the request for a return authorization

"The title doesn't sound true does it? Well, yugsters return policy says to submit a request within 14 days of receiving shipment. The HP Pavilion X2 Convertible arrived and I immediately tried to power it on but it won't. I submitted a ticket with yugster and requested a return, and 7 days later they're still saying that they can't process the return because their supplier hasn't responded. I don't know why they have to wait for the supplier since me, the customer, is requesting to return it. It's shady that they don't offer return instructions/address publicly, and instead make you wait for them to provide it. "

" I am happy with the majority of items I have gotten from yugster, but I have gotten a few duds, too. I was especially sorry I went for the last Plugster Gold Edition Junk Box. :( It was almost all flashlights. Who needs 5 flashlights at one time??? Not to mention, I do not need ANY right now! I will never get suckered in on that one again! I also had issues with response time to my emails, but that has gotten a little better lately. Also, I have had trouble with items not being as they are represented, like the wool socks. I purchased 4 pairs and we cannot even wear them because they made the tops so tight (and we have skinny legs!), AND they will not take them back because, get this, on the "more info" tab, WHERE YOU ARE NOT LIKELY TO SEE IT, it says, Yours to keep - sorry we are unable to accept returns on this item. Sneaky! Not well done of you Yugster!!! That should be stated somewhere where it cannot be missed. Why do you have to have the tabs anyway? Put all the info on ONE PAGE!
