The first item being the Viking Moto Motorcycle Backpack which I truly love. When I talked to Livia about this bag and said that I was interested, you should me reviews on the backpack starting from written reviews to even showing me a few videos that other people actually made. She also showed me price comparisons and showed me how affordable their products are. She didn't try and get me to just buy a product. When she felt I had questions about a certain item, she was at the ready with all the answers.

Usuallly most representatives front companies that I talk to, try to get you to buy anything and everything. The representatives would try to sweet talk you into buying to most expensive item in their market. With Livia though, I feel like I'm treated as an actual human being and I'm actually buying what I was and not what other representatives from other companies would want you to buy. She knows that who ever visits their sites Viking Cycle and Viking Bags are going to buy something with a purpose.
