"I would recommend this company for wedding invitations if you are looking for something you can customize to be how you want it and are looking for something cute or different for your invitations. I was about to pay $400 for some thermography-printed heavy cardstock with a very plain design from a different company (and believe me, that was the cheapest I'd found anywhere); then I stumbled on this site and fell in love with the "Sunshine" hand-drawn invitation. It fit our simple outdoor wedding much better! For just $99 I got 60 each of invitations, printed envelopes, RSVP cards, printed RSVP envelopes, thank you cards & envelopes, AND enclosure cards. And don't worry, they will send you proofs that you have to confirm before they print a thing.

I couldn't be happier with the price. The customer service is also very good. I placed my order on the evening of 2/25 and when I woke up the next morning I had the first proofs. I made a couple changes and even with all that, I still received my invitations on 3/10, not even 2 weeks later. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and they were accommodating of my text changes on the RSVP card and the 'reception' card (which I made into a directions card) - just describe what you want in the Special Instructions text box.

However, there are a couple things to be aware of - even with their fast service, you have to be patient (remember that if you are in the US, their hours of operation are only while you are asleep.. so it will take a full day for each back-and-forth exchange). Also, even though I got invitations I was happy with, there were a couple weird things; I would send them an e-mail describing how I wanted something to be changed, and they would fix that, but also change something that HAD been right before without my asking them to. It took a few times but I was happy in the end. They will make as many changes as you need them to.

My one suggestion to the company is that I think the site would work more smoothly if there were a design tool for RSVP cards and reception cards like there is for the main invitation. It can be hard to describe exactly what you want, so I think this would make it easier on both ends. "

"Let me first say that "YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY". I had a problem with my envelopes and response cards. It took me forever to contact someone with my problem. They were closed down for a spring festival. I was understanding of that and asked that they help to resolve my problem as soon as possible. After several emails and no return phone calls later I had to pay them to reprint my response cards and to send me envelopes without any printing. They sent me my response card but no envelopes. The color of the writing was wrong and I paid them to fix it. I had posted my rating on the computer and they had the nerve to ask me to take it down. What business would ask anyone to retract a rating??? I would have said how great they were about going out of the way to fix my order however they didn't. You would be a fool to order from them. I know I feel like a fool. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!"

"We ordered invitations from vponsale. We are very happy with the end result, and it came with a very good price. They have some beautiful invitations which are highly customizable.

That being said, there were a few difficulties.

The website is somewhat confusing and the editing tool does not seem to be able to actually send anything to the company. You'll need to take a screenshot and send that via e-mail.

As they are a Chinese company, there were some communication difficulties due to the language barrier with native English-speaking customers, and their customer service hours are naturally not ideal for someone in the United States.

Our order was particularly difficult because we wanted many things customized, and it required quite a bit of back-and-forth. Though the communication difficulties were somewhat an issue, the people at vponsale were attentive and responsive to our requests, and in the end we got the beautiful invitations that we wanted--again, at a very good price.
