I am a maid of honor and the bride has been pressuring me about purchasing my dress since I was the last one of the bridal party to do so; she discovered vponsale and thought I should order my dress from there. They had the perfect color and style that I was looking for and that the other bridal shops offered but was more expensive. I reviewed the site and was impressed by the prices, styles and comments; I decided to order my dress and believe it or not I recieved my dress 2-3 weeks later. I was the last one of the bridal party to order my dress, the only one to order from vp and the first to recieve my lovely dress. When I recieved the dresss it was wrapped nicely and a small package and I was skeptical about it because I expected a big box. I called the Bride to come over to my house so we can open it together. You would have thought we were working on CSI as we opened the package and when I pulled the sash out of the package; she started screaming "THE COLOR IS PERFECT!!!!" We were excited just by the color of the sash and then I pulled out the dress and unwrapped it; we both jumped for joy and started dancing around my living room as I raced to try it on. It was perfect!!!!!!! I could not have it any other way, I was thrilled!!!!! The Bride began to call the others in the party to share the great news and they all was a little down because they spent much more and yet still waiting on their dresses. I would like to thank VP for the rapid work and my wonderful friend Tisome for informing me about the company. Tisome your wedding is going to be wonderful!!!!! "The dress was ordered on 4/22/09; 4 days after the original submittal because the website's express pay method malfunctioned. We were still assured delivery for a May 16th prom date when we called during business hours in China. A second call on May 6th for a status update revealed uncertainty in the manufacturing time frame. I asked to cancel the order and the request was denied and they said they would get it shipped in time. It shipped on May 13th and arrived on May 18th in Massachusetts. Unfortunately, the Prom was May 16th. So, we borrowed a gown from a friend and now have a gorgeous dress hanging in the closet with no place to go."
"I ordered a mother of the bride dress. On the website the dress looked great, very beautiful. I ordered the dress april 8th for a May 23rd wedding date. I did not get the dress until May 19th, four days before the wedding. The dress quailty very poor, and the jacket on the dress looks nothing like the website. The jacket is too small, it would only fit a small child, the dress was "custom made" but is two sizes too small and poor quality. I am now having to search for a new dress three days before my daughter's wedding, this is a disaster. Also, there is no customer support that they advertise. No online help, no phone service, just email, and the emails abound with spelling errors and the english is hard to read. I would never recommend this company ever!"
"The shipment arrived fairly quickly and they kept me up to date through emails, which I appreciated. The only thing I was suprised by was the product. It looked very nice and professional on the website, but was not as good of quality as I originally thought. Overall their service and accomidations of my requests was very good."
