I received an email saying they would be here by 10th June and to date I haven't received a thing. Not even an email to explain why they're not here. Steer clear of this company. Customer service should be your top priority, and when I chose this company to make the dresses for my Bridesmaids, I was trusting in the fact that it would be done right. There weren't many reviews out there, but if I had seen the poor reviews and horrible service, I would have never put the most important girls in my life through this.
I am literally crying I am so upset about this.
?*UPDATE* Okay, now I am trying to be calm, and trust me, considering the circumstances, this is calm. Another one of my bridesmaids just got her dress today. (The dress was supposed to be tea-length and navy) She received a FLOOR length RED dress. I am having all my bridemaids cancel their orders and I certainly expect them ALL to get fully refunded. I will now have to search for a dress that will work for all 7 girls in less than a month. Thank you for RUINING MY WEDDING."
"This is the worst experience I have ever had!! My best friend is getting married, I'm a bridesmaid. I ordered my dress, these people took my money and now I have no dress, no money and I can't get in touch with them to find out what's going on. They do not return my phone calls, nor do they respond to my emails. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

"I was frustrated with this company, as like everyone else, i could not get in touch with a person to discuss my order. But tonight, I did get someone online, and within less than one minute they gave me the information I needed, and as it turns out, my dress has been shipped. I checked the tracking number with UPS and everything seems to be fine. I am feeling much better, and hoping that I can have my bridesmaid dress in time for the wedding! "
"I ordered 5 dresses and 1 was the wrong colour and 3 were the wrong size. 1 dress the stitching was not completed and there are still pins holding the fabric together, another dress the stitching is coming undone. I have asked 10-15 times for a refund by email and they refuse to give me a return address! I've been offered 35% refund, 45% refund and 50% refund, but this is no good to me as I can't use the dresses for my wedding. I want to return the dresses and I want a full refund. It is 3 weeks until my wedding and I have no bridesmaid dresses, I am so disapointed and worried I won't be able to order new dresses in time. They have ruined my wedding. Never use this company."

Placed an order for a prom dress on May 4th, they lost the order, can only only deliver by the 28th of June which is too late. Cant get refund, communication or even acknowledgement.

"Grrrrr! Frustrated beyond belief! Ordered a prom dress for my daughter, have had ONE reply from this cowboy operation to my now numerous requests for delivery information. That ONE reply stated I would receive the dress by the end of May. Now June, Daughter's prom fast approaching. she's already stressed about exams, haven't the heart to tell her we may not have a dress for her to wear to the prom. This company looked very promising, sending confirmation emails and the such like, they wasted no time in taking money from my account. However, it seems like this is just a scam operating on the Internet, and am beginning to wonder if the reviews posted on here as positive ones were from genuine customers or self posted by Vponsale. "The dress was very different from what I ordered and it was poorly made. However, they gave me a full refund after a week of back-and-forth communication.
In regards to their comment, I left a note, when I ordered the dress, saying that I specifically liked a certain part of the dress, but they left that part off. I believe (hope) that the seller is saying they need to do a better job in that regards."

"I ordered two dresses on the 13th march 2011, my daughters prom is on 24th June 2011. I have sent numerous emails asking why we have not received them by now , (it does state even on busy periods they will ship your items 20-25 days time) . All the answers i keep getting are sorry we are busy we will ask our factory to rush your order, my final email was, we will ask our factory to send us the dresses around 2Nd June , then ship them to you, somewow i dont think they will arrive on time or even at all. We need the dresses asap so we can sort out the Hair, makeup and shoes. They are not leaving us with much time. It very frustrating knowing that you have already paid for these items beforehand and not got any proper feed back from them at all. My order no is 3489 (VPW539) and (VPW653) . They finally arrived (09 June) screwed up in bags and taped together in a black bag again in a ball, 1 dress (blue) is the correct colour but has a fault on it at the front,the other dresses which should have been african voilet is more like one of them cars that change colour at different angles,very light purple, both dresses fit fine but need a good ironing. Its pointless doing anything about the problems cos they wont get back to me in time,would definatly NOT use this firm again, they make you wait longer than stated , never give you a proper date when your going to receive your order. Only good thing to say is the dresses are cheap. "

I was guaranteed the dress by no later then the end of march it is now may 10, 2011 and my wedding is may 20, 2011 and i have still not received the dress i have called numerous times left tons of messages and tried to chat online with them but i keep getting told it will be here by a later and later date "
