"I ordered a part from them it wasn't packaged they just slapped a label on the product box and shipped it the box that was ment to be part of a pallet so no internal shock protection. Of course it arrived damaged and when attempting to return it they would not provide a return shipping label they said I had to pay for return shipping and when I priced it it would cost me 60-90 dollars. To add insult to injury they asked me if I was willing to accept the damaged part for a discounted price when I clearly stated that things are bent on it and it being a strut it would have likely effected alignment and that's not to mention the compromise to the powder coating that happened. Do not buy anything from this company. they have no real customer support and do not care about customer experience."

I used Amazon's "Garage" system, which matches your car's profile with compatible parts, for a 2001 Toyota Avalon Exhaust System and everything was a match. I got the 'Green Check' that what WunderCarParts had "fit my car." I even cross referenced WundeCarParts part numbers with what other providers had and it matched. I received the parts and spent a whole day trying to make them fit. Only to give up and have my car towed to my mechanic. My mechanic looked over my work and explained that the parts WundeCarParts sold me were NOT compatible with my car and illustrated this with a repair guide book.
I emailed and called WunderCarParts and explained what happened and they blamed Amazon. After playing hard-ball they admitted their error and said the best they could do was refund my money.
AVOID WunderCarParts at all cost. Don't be lured in by their Low prices. You'll regret it. I'm still WONDERING how they stay in business.

"I ordered Magna flow muffler and received a Flow master at the cost of $538.00. When I called customer service to explain that they sent me the wrong muffler. The customer service department told me that I made the mistake and that they never make mistakes taking orders. They do this every day and never make a mistake!!I
I was like well it's your word against mine either way I don't want this muffler so what can I do?. I was told that I would have to ship muffler back directly too Flow master, so apparently they never touch the parts. Cost to ship back was $132.00
I had to call multiple times to inquire about my refund. The customer service department called me to tell me now I would have to pay a $98.00 restocking fee. I said why wouldn't you tell me about the fine print restocking fee when I first ordered or when I was asking about returning the muffler. He said that it's on the bottom of the packing slip. Nothing he could do about it. I asked to talk to his manager and was told he usually in and out but I could try and get him before 3PM. Then asked me if I wanted to buy the one I originally ordered. They don't put the "U" in cUstomer service as they advertise more like the "U" in Unsatistfied cUstomers!!
Look elsewhere for your parts look for someone that actually handles your parts not just a middleman with their hand in your pockets."
"Have a warranty issue with a magnaflow exhaust. They want me to purchase ANOTHER exhaust system, they we can talk warranty. Unfortunatly, not everybody has 100's of dollars to purchase another item and wait to get money back for a warranty. They are not willing to work with me or help out. I can not recommend this company, or magnaflow. I can say Ryan at WCP diesel is great and very polite. But that doesnt help me out with my warranty issue..."
