Not a transparent company, no telephone number to cancel the teservation

" Reserved the parking for 7 days at ATL airport , put my card paid initial $11.06
However I decided to cancel . I searched for phone number which called the number at parking location on my email ,they said we can’t cancel , go find the company that booked you . I searched the email they sent me for phone number to cancel the reservation I could not find . Now I realize this company is under several name on my email .

1. Routes ATL parking
2.cheapest airport parking
3.Way.com
Now I as a customer have to search to cancel
Not convenient , and transparent at all
I consider this as a trick
Finally when searched on google for each one of them and calling the company way.com found the number and I called
I told them my dilemma of finding their
Main name number to call because their information has three name , she said we are not responsible and although I called them early to cancel she said no you can not cancel.
I told her they are not transparent , and did not put cancellation number anywhere to call she said I was responsible to find their phone number on google
Not a good , transparent company
Will not use them anymore .

Egregious customer service and cancellation policy

"On November 17, 2022 I pre-paid for five nights of parking near LAX for $100.89. The issues started when I arrived at the garage and couldn’t access the QR code to enter the facility because of technical issues with the app. After pulling aside and calling away customer service, I was finally able to park. When I got to the airport, my flight was ultimately delayed 8 hours, which meant I would miss my connecting flight by about 7.5 hours. The airline could not offer me a viable alternative and I wound up being forced to cancel my entire vacation on the spot. Three hours later I returned to the garage to get my car. I contacted Way.com for a refund and they told me it wasn’t possible because my flight was delayed and not cancelled, despite being unable to get to my final destination. I am now out $100.89 to park for three hours and the trip I have been planning for a year is ruined."

Non Secure lot and no shuttle

"I booked a reservation for Parking at the Laurel Valley Airport Parking lot at Orlando Airport on October 16th for that day. Got to the lot at 3:30, no attendant, no gate just a lot in the middle of nowhere with cars parked everywhere. Call 3 time the number that was given to me and got a recording that the mail box was full. Finally called the phone number in Ca and was told that a shuttle would be there in 15-30 minutes. Thirty minutes, no shuttle, called again and was told another 30 minutes, no shuttle. Finally left and parked at the airport. Missed our flight and they tried to charge me. How do you run a parking lot with no attendant, no security , no shuttles and people that would answer their phone. If there was a zero star, I would have given it. DO NOT NO USE THIS COMPANY. "

Scam company

"I booked my park and ride two hours before the reservation. On the way to the airport a major accident occurred and I was stuck in a traffic jam for over an hour. This affected the immediacy of me parking. I had to park at the terminal and pay premium prices. I called the parking lot and they said I needed to call Way. I called Way, waited on hold for over 20 minutes, by the time I spoke to a customer service rep it was after my reservation time, and they wouldn’t let me cancel. I said, fine, just charge me for today and reimburse me for the other 12 days. The Way representative said they wouldn’t do it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited on hold for another ten minutes. Finally I was transferred to no one. It went to a bogus line. Never again. "

BEWARE! DO NOT USE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

"BEWARE! DO NOT USE WAY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOW KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCT/BUSINESS, MULTIPLE ISSUES! i WISH THEY HAD A 0 ZERO STARTS OPTION. I got a parking ticket first time using them even though my parking confirmation was laid out on my dashboard. IT GETS SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE!!! Second time using them they cancelled my parking of 1 month 2 weeks in because they looked at the wrong address and did not see my car (at the wrong address?!?!). This put in in harms way of being towed. THEY TOOK 2 WEEKS TO PROPERLY RESPOND TO MY ISSUE! I was out of the country and completely stressed out. They continued to BLAME ME FOR THEIR MISTATKES and then told me I had to pay for parking again and pay 50% more because THEY MISPOSTED THE COST THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGING!!! When I returned to my vehicle IT HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO (I do not have a nice car and I basically only had trash visible inside). Way.com requires you to post the exact dates/times, your name, payment method etc on the receipt on your dash so that ANYONE AND EVERYONE CAN READ IT, EVEN CRIMINALS!!! DMV, insurance and auto maintenance documents were stolen out of my glove box, completely out of sight. A massive amount of sensitive, personal and financial information is being seen by God knows who. I was so wracked with anxiety, I spent 24 hours straight with no sleep contacting every single company and organization connected to my compromised info to put safety measures in place, police reports, plus setting up multiple safety measures with my credit and personal info. MY HOME ADDRESS IS EXPOSED PLUS A TON OF OTHER SENSITIVE INFORMATION!! This will cause me issue for days, weeks, months and potentially years. I have lived in Los Angeles for 22 years and never had a problem like this, and I have lived all over LA county and city, most places parking on the street. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!"

Scam!!

"Beware of renting from them!

I made reservations for 5am and called them at 2:30am asking if i had to be there exactly by 5am for check in or can i come around 5:30 or 5:35am? The guy on the phone said i can either come in at 5am or ANYTIME AFTER was ok too. So i got there at 5:25am and saw a car having trouble getting in even though they kept scanning their QR code. I tried to scan mine and it wouldn’t open up the gate either. Both me and the car before me were frantically on the phone trying to call the company but no one would pick up. Eventually there was a total of 6 cars waiting to get in. As we were waiting, we saw about 4 cars exiting the garage. Eventually one of the guys got ahold of someone and had her on speaker and she said “the lot is full, so the only thing i can do is refund you.” We were all shocked considering we had reservations! She was firm about not being able to do anything so everyone ended up leaving. I had 45 min left to find another garage and make it to my flight. Anxiety much?

Anyways i finally get to talk to an agent on their chat option and they basically told me to send in proof that i did try calling MULTIPLE times and proof that i had to pay for another garage. But even after all that, they said no they can’t refund me because my calls were made 30 min after my check in time AND even after explaining AGAIN that i was told that it was ok to show up later, they still didn’t care. NOWHERE on the email confirmations or their website does it state what time you have to be there by. They said the only thing they can do is give me waybucks in exchange but why tf would i still want to continue using them? Luckily my credit card company was able to refund me.

Also on their app, the reason why they have such high ratings is because your review has to be approved by them first. So if it’s a bad review, they most likely won’t post it at all. Because the reviews i see on other websites are really bad meanwhile their app reviews are all 5 stars. WHAT A JOKE

Hotel didn't accept Way reservation

"Got confirmation of reservations weeks in advance and even received a confirmation the day of the reservation. When I showed up to the hotel, I was informed that they don't accept Way.com reservations. Calling Way was zero help. I ended up parking at the airport and spent twice as much. Never trust Way again. Horrible."

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

"I was refused service at the location which I already paid for. I have the video that they refused to have my car and threatened me to punch and harassed me. I had to go and find parking last minute so I wouldn't miss my flight. I parked in the long-term parking after paying way.com and being harassed at the parking lot.
Since August 2021 I have been trying to get my refund but no chance.
I also have the video that shows parking lot attendants saying that it doesn't matter if I paid or not they have no open spot there. Once I try to show my reserved spot and told them I'm missing my flight they threatened to punch me, I called the cops but didn't have enough time to wait since I was about to miss my flight.

Charged my card 3xs our agreed price! Stay Away!

"When I purchase my parking tickets on Way.com website, it was advertised at $9.75 for the dates and time I selected. I was never shown any other price or any other fees. After paying, I had to sign up for an account to view my reservation since nothing was emailed to me. It was only then that I saw that I was charged 3xs the amount I agreed to, and that it included service fees that were not disclosed to me.

When I emailed them about this error and request the difference to be refunded to me, this is what they said, "The rates shown on the website are the lowest rates available for that parking location and are subject to change based on availability and the time of year.

If you like to view the rates per day, please select the lot, then click the check-in box and a calendar will dropdown. Point your mouse on each date and it will show the daily rates.

The daily rates shown on our site do not include applicable taxes or fees. This information will be listed on the checkout page. You may have to click the "show order summary " to view the breakdown.

Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us."

Since I bought my tickets on my phone browser, it's possible they have glitches/errors affecting what the purchaser can see. But that doesn't matter to them, they want to keep my money even though they got it unfairly. Stay Away!

Do Not Use for Parking

"I used way.com to reserve parking in L.A. before a comedy show. When we arrived to the correct location, there was no parking available. Not even an attendant, as Way said there'd be. We had to quickly find a new parking location. We had floor seats to a comedy show that was being filmed, and missed the opportunity to sit in our seats as we were too late, due to the parking nightmare. When I called customer service to get our money refunded, I was told that it would not happen because I should have called the night of the parking reservation (yeah, as I'm scrambling to find new parking and trying to enjoy my show). I called once we returned from vacation, which was less than 48 hours after the parking reservation. They would not refund my parking. I do not recommend using this company for parking. "
