"Purchased a parking pass for long term airport parking online at way.com for my father who does not use the internet and resides in California (while I am in Minneapolis). I forwarded what I thought was the email containing the pass to my business email so I could place it in the same folder with his airline boarding pass. However, I discovered that email was simply a confirmation. I had deleted the original email with the boarding pass.
I promptly wrote way.com customer service with my order confirmation number and quickly explained I simply needed it re-emailed to me so I could postal-mail him all his paperwork. I got no response after two emails over two weeks and so I made other arrangements for his parking. I emailed way.com again and asked to cancel and refund my purchase. At that point I received an email response containing the parking pass from way.com. I responded that it was too late and I had already purchased elsewhere. They responded via two other representatives that they hoped I wouldn't cancel and they attached the parking passes again. I thanked them and asked again to cancel and for a refund. I have still not received a refund.
I appreciate that they responded, but they were two full weeks too late to resolve my issue. I am currently holding my breath to receive my $115 back. I expect it will come; however it's another two weeks overdue for that refund. Not thrilled. "
