"EZ Park (JFK) John F. Kennedy New York Airport Parking.

EZPark has only one van. On the way in we had to wait 30 minutes before we were taken to the airport. On return, we waited 90 minutes for the van to try to pick us up. When the van finally arrived, there were only two seats available with little trunk space whereas we had clearly communicated that there were four of us and we had many bags since we were traveling internationally. We took a cab instead of waiting for another 40 minutes to an hour for the van to return. Not only that we were not reimbursed the cab fare, no apology was given for poor service.

"Way was fine, but Quick Airport Parking did not honor the contract and at 3:30am said I had to pay $38 more or go find somewhere else to park. They did not honor the receipt that I had printed out. Then they went bankrupt while I was on my trip and I had to pay another $17 for taxi from airport to get my car. Dishonest, unscrupled company."
