Do not trust them!

"1. the tracking number does not work at all, They gave an exotic tracking number once the items are claimed to be "shipped" but the link of the tracking number leads to a broken webpage

2. no return! they intentionally made this process very time-consuming and frustrating to let their customers give up.

Absolutely disingenious and horrific service - DO NOT SHOP HERE MONEY STOLEN

"After receiving a faulty keyboard and going back and forth for over a month about getting a replacement, the company offered me a replacement - however, this was not a replacement for my product which I paid for and should be getting regardless, but rather a disgusting attempt at increasing positive reviews for their site. I was told that a replacement would be sent once I had filed a positive review for the service, this is incredibly disingenious and it is an attempt to manipulate their reviews. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if they intentionally send faulty keyboards in order to barter with unhappy customers for positive reviews. After complaining via email for over a month, they finally said that a replacement would be sent - however, upon asking for tracking information etc. for this keyboard I was met with silence for over a week now. It is clear that they are attempting to keep my money in exchange for a faulty product. Do not at all costs shop here for a keyboard - I highly reccomend that any prospective customers shop elsewhere, because all you will be getting in exchange for your hard-earned money is delays, lies, and manipulative tactics. Once again, to anyone reading this review - do not shop here, I would not like your money to be stolen as they did mine."

Responsive customer service

"I ordered four items from Whatgeek.com. Unfortunately the wood color of a keyboard case and a keyboard wrist wrest I ordered did not match. After multiple email exchanges with Whatgeek.com staff they were able to offer me a credit off of my order due to the fact that they did not carry a matching keyboard case and wrist rest. Great customer service!"

Damaged product with good customer service

"Although I received a product that had an issue where it did not turn on, WhatGeek was able to resolve the issue by sending a replacement after I demonstrated appropriate troubleshooting with various videos of me plugging the keyboard into different types of computers. Although it took over 2 weeks, this issue was ultimately resolved with a replacement (though my original keyboard color was sold out at that point). I appreciated their customer service to make things right."

Great customer service

"So I got the last keyboard in stock... which turned out to have some faults. Whatgeek's customer service was great. Instead of just making me return the faulty board, they worked with me to find a replacement at no additional cost. Tbh, I was concerned when making my initial purchase. I've read a bunch of threads on different sites about how a lot of keyboard vendor sites can be sketchy and might rip you off. But Whatgeek really took care of me. I work in purchasing/acquisitions and the customer service I received here was in line, if not better, than what I get when making purchases in the 10s of thousands of dollars."
