"I have never had an issue with this company before now. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes in 2 different orders on the same day. One was delivered and the other was just labeled and not shipped. I have sent numerous emails and calls and no one sees it fit to get my issue resolved. I am really upset that the customer service is so poor after spending so much with this company. I am currently seeking a different shoe company because this is too much and it makes me so mad. Have still yet to receive an email or a response regarding my order.
This company do not seem to care about who spends with them. And placing 2 orders on the same day just minutes apart I think I should be refunded one of my shipping cost because no where does it give you the option to cancel and just do one big order.

"Sizing is a little off based on the brand and shoe design. I Bought two shoes, Glaze and Olivia, but the difference in quality was obvious. The Glaze one was a little smaller probably because of the pointy toe and also there were some defects in the seams and rhinestones falling off. The Olivia one on the other hand was very sturdy and beautiful. I found no fault with that one. The entire process was smoother than expected. "
