"I choose pick up at the store and went in, got there at around 3:10 pm and was there waiting in the heat of 110 plus outside waiting for someone to open the door, I was not going to go back as I live 30 mins away from there and waited almost 40 mins until someone finally came out. I knocked the door and the dock door aa well and nothing! You guys should have a camera to see when someone gets there to open in a timely manner or a door bell, being out there in this heat is not fun just because you guys don't open right away. Also there's a phone number in the page which I called a lot of times and NEVER was answered"

"Pre covid when the store was still open the customer service was amazing. Ever since they switched to shipping or pick up only the service has drastically changed. I order 4 pairs of shoes for pickup on Friday @ 4 pm. Per the email I received they state to call 30 mins prior to scheduled pickup. I began calling the store at 3pm I continued to call until 330 pm and no one even answered the phone. I arrived to the store pick up location at 340pm which is 20 mins from closing time and from my pick up time and they had already closed for the day. I spoke to a man who worked at the company next door and he told me they had already left for the day. I am very disappointed because not only did I have a scheduled pickup time of 4 pm from when I placed my order but I also called a full hour prior and no one answered any calls . I even showed up 20 mins early and they had already been closed for the day with no notification via text or email of them closing early. It’s upsetting because I even left work early to ensure I arrived to the pickup on time if not early. Today is Monday and I have already called twice and no one has answered or returned any of my calls. Terrible services and that’s to say I haven’t even picked up my shoes yet. "
