"I would have given the company zero stars, if that was an option. I have been in correspondence 'with a Wiki Professional's representative for over a year. I have ALL of the emails documenting our exchange. I hired them to create a Wiki profile for me and they guaranteed that one would be created, or my money would be refunded. After waiting about six months for their "specialists" to create a profile (and several requested status updates), my patience wore out. I was told that a profile was created and that someone would contact me with the live link. I waited some months more ad that link never arrived. I requested a refund and was promised that my full amount of $699 would be returned to me. It never came. Every time that I inquired about my refund, they assured me that it was coming. At last, they stated that the money was refunded and if I didn't see it to ask my bank. My bank states that no money was ever processed by the company. It was a lie.
I have since filed a claim with my bank to have the transaction investigated and my money returned. DO NOT do business with this company!"

When they said "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Kindly share your order ID with us so our representative can contact you and discuss the matter in detail." They will never contacted you, they just replied everyone the same thing. Do not ever trust this team, they stole your money and gave you the fake promise. You page will never go live, they kept lying on me and finding excuse for 2 years!! When you ask for the refund, they will never replied to you. Stay away from them, I lost $1,000 to these bad people."
