"Placed an order Friday at 1042 am. They say it wasn't until Monday though my bank charges and the internet receipt say otherwise. Most companies where the items are in stock gather the order and once your cards been charged they ship the item. Not this company. Gabriella and Glorianna will be perfectly happy to tell you you're not reading the orders OR your bank statement correctly . This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They are unprofessional , rude, belittling , crass , inept , etc. If I were you, I would find a company that actually WANTS your business because a guitar (gig) bag and some guitar pics are apparently beyond their ability to ship in a timely manor. Again I say... Both Items were in Stock... It was ordered 42 minutes after California opens for business on a work day (Monday-Friday) Payment was taken from my bank. They say I wasn't charged yet I showed them through "Chat Now " that my bank was in fact charged and they say " sorry for the inconvenience " . People just want what they payed for in a reasonable timely manor. I'm a fairly reasonable person. If a company drops the ball and apologizes , i'm fairly responsive and accommodating. But when customer service tries to find every reason to blame the consumer (customer) and refuses to absorb ANY of the responsibility and basically makes you out to look like a feeble minded simpleton . It's just BAD BUSINESS . Save your money people, shop with companies that appreciate your investment in their company. Save your money for companies that recognize you're the reason they can put food and comfort in their lives. You will get no compassion, accountability or customer service with WWBW.com . All I purchased was a 38 dollar guitar Gig bag and 100 pack of assorted guitar pics. Both items " In Stock " . I can't imagine the frustration of a customer that NEEDS the item for a birthday or Holiday gift. "
"I ordered a book that was listed as "in stock" only to find out that it was coming directly from the publisher. I ordered the book expecting it to arrive within a week or two. There has never been any direct emails from WWBW apologizing for the delay and offering any kind of accurate time frame in which I should receive the book. I have had to email the company myself to inquire as to when I might receive this book. Each time I am told it will likely ship next week. I am still waiting.
If you want to order any music from this company I recommend that you call them and find out if it is really "in stock" before you order. Also don't expect their customer service department to really care that you chose their company instead of another and that you expected it within a reasonable time."
