"I just placed an order online. I had clicked to add an item to my cart /once/ and it appeared in my cart /once/. When I completed the order and received confirmation, the same item was listed /twice/ and I had been billed more than twice what I expected. I immediated called the 800 number and the very friendly customer support person let me cancel with no problem. (I would have just removed one item but I was charged tax when I didn't expect to be.) Reading the reviews now (I had just seen the good rating earlier and felt safe) it appears this happens to a lot of people. I recall ordering from this reseller in the past and being very satisfied. It appears something is awry with their cgi scripts. Someone needs to debug the code and add a final page with order total and a Click to Confirm. I'll consider ordering from them again in the future but not this time around."

Bought a very expensive X800 XT Platinum Oem Here. The noobs processing the orders could not figure out how to verify my ship to address. I called them four times trying to help them figure it out with the bank.
I hated the card because of vsync tearing. I then asked for exchange and they did not have stock of a card (6800 ultra) for exchange nor were they ever going to in future. I asked them for refund. They took their sweet time on the refund. They emailed me once while doing the rma that were going to charge me a 15% re-stocking fee to do an exchange. Wow! Eventually afer calling them over 15 times I finally resolved the issue and received a refund two weeks after they recieved back the working x800 that I did not like at all.
There are WAY better online retailers stay away.

"Good prices and speedy shipment, but their order system leaves something to be desired. I ended up with a duplicate order with consecutive order numbers although I followed their procedures carefully. Trying to commnunciate with them can be tough; it's basically E-mail only. The phone number they supply at the top of their website doesn't appear to ever be answered: I tried several times over a couple of business hours."

Later that day, I found out the item would not work, so I cancelled the entire order that same day. I had received no shipping confirmation, so I thought it was still possible. Got no response back from them, which I later found out is because they "aren't there on weekends", yet my package arrived promptly at my door on Monday. So, they can't check their email on the weekends, but they can pack and ship an item? Right. Customer service people hardly speak English, and hard to understand.
