I emailed zbestglasses and told them about the situation. I asked them if they could intercept the shipment and get me a black frame and they took care of me no problem. "I placed an order on Monday December 12, 2011. I selected three day select shipping. I received my glasses, papers, case and all...on Monday December 19, 2011. I was hesitant to order after reading some negative feedback. I did send an email inquiring on the merchandise and the customer service department responded within 4 hours, which I was pleased with. When I had not received my order within three days of submitting, I too became concerned that I might be getting scammed. I sent another email inquiring on the order status and the expected shipping date. I did not get a response that day. I did send an email the next day that was a little more aggressive and received a reply within 30 minutes. My glasses shipped that same day. What I failed to notice upon check out is that regardless of what shipping method you choose, the ordering information clearly states that orders will take 3-5 business days to process before being shipped. Had I read that in the first place, I would not have been so sharp with their customer service department and would have known to expect a delay before shipping. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with my purchase, my price, and my shopping experience and will definitely do business with them in the future."
"ordered a pair od Maui Jim's on sunday 12/10. It is now 12/16 and my order is still processing. After several emails to them I'm told they will ship on monday the 19th! Way to long to wait with no communication letting me know what's happening. I just cancelled the oder and will get them somewhere that ships in a reasonable time. Also their shipping chart says $9.99 but they charge you $11.99 when you place the order for regular ground service. Horribe customer service!"

I got really "Kooked" out from all of the previous reviews, but zbest responded to my emails within 24 hours as promised. In addition, I too was concerned with no phone number to contact them, however they corresponded with my needs, and they even overnighted the glasses to me to make their delivery deadline...In summary, I ordered, I was contacted appropriately, I received the glasses I ordered (which are awesome), and I received them on the day they promised.
