Just Terrible

"My wife ordered a spy camera 2 weeks ago and paid for 2 day air service. Needless to she hasn't received it or we wouldn't be writing this review. Has made several phone calls and many e-mails without a response. Will never use them again and either should you. Buyer Beware........."

Horrible side i beleve all the nice reviews about helpfull costumer service not true

"Place order for clock spy camera, in put discount coupon code don't go thru, straight went to check out. Want to cancel the order in order to get the discount. Email for the issue two times, call the Nr numerous times automated massages, left several times messages no response, not from email or left phone messages. Not trusted online store with no costumer service. What I experience i believe all the positive reviews are fake ."

"This is a weather station nanny cam combined, the only thing it does is keep time correctly,the weather part for out side is a plastic box,junk. I had to go online to download the program so the nanny cam could work,well that does't work either. I had called them and they said they would send me more info on setting it up,They didn't. I paid good money for a piece of junk,my advice STAY AWAY !"

I bought this with high expectations, I noticed that the GPS is set to kilometers instead of miles per hour cannot get hold of customer service or nobody when I call the number. I even tried to reach out through email and nobody gets back . I wonder if there was any warranty issues it'd be real tough to get your money back or replaced because nobody answers the phone the number that's in the manual when you get the equipment is wrong you have to go online and get the number but still nobody answers the phone the night-time vision wdr is a joke my phone displays better nighttime vision then this......

Service and Battery equally bad.

"I purchased a black box dash cam. I realized shortly after my warranty ran out I was having problems with my D.cam. didn't seem to be recording. No red light. After several weeks I decided to start my Chase of the problem. Long story short. After several months of trying I found it was not holding a charge. No battery no settings! Tried contacting customer support, no one available. Left voice mail. No return call. Week. Later tried again. Same result. Tried email customer support. No response. Finally gave a dunning survey. Finally received an email response. Out of warranty.!!! I replied about changing battery. Reply:None replaceable internal battery. Thinking it could be sent in for repair, asked what could be done? Nothing. The next communication gave me a 30% disc. On a new one. After total of 18 mo's. I have a $207.00 paper weight....gerrr."

Great Company Nice Product

I decided to take them surfing with me the other day and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about taking them into the ocean. After falling into the ocean I was like SH$%^#! The glasses kept recording, like nothing happened! I later plugged the glasses into my laptop and the video was AWESOME! I even snapped photos while recording it was super easy! I am really impressed with these and will definitely recommend them to my buddies. These are going to make a great gift also!

Not Honorable. Don't do business with this company

"Bought a nanny cam Aug 2016. Did not work so returned with Zetronics pre-approved and issued return number.
I have emailed 4 times since Oct - 2016 - April 2017 and left two messages for Jesse and customer service department. No refund yet. They have my money and my camera both now and have not even responded yet to my requests.

Is this who you want to do business with. I have copies of all emails with dates and history to back my story and their complete lack of respect for their customers.

Defective product

"I wish I would have found this string before I purchased. The product I purchased (with overnight shipping charges) was to have night vision. When I asked for an RMA, I said the product was defective and asked that I receive full refund and refunded shipping. When I received my reply, my complaint was not at all addressed. This told me that I should return the product with a tracking number (more money) because if I could prove return, this company could (and likely would) not refund me. After reading here, I wonder how much of their revenue is the result of true sales or if its freight/handling and restocking fees.

The write up of my return says the night vision works. Of course, they can say what ever they want. They have the upper hand here. I've asked for proof of the product working properly.

Nobody to fix non working products or to call you back

I left 3 messages and 3 emails after i received the products and nobody answered or call back
I will not recomment to buy there unless you want to waste your time or even lose your money...!

They sent a used one

Problem:
I ordered a smart glasses from this company, while I was ordering the product online, I instructed that If product is used or opened box, I would returne it back to them, so when I received the glasses, very quickly find out it was used, and they even didn't bother to wrap it up properly, it was dirty items inside the box as well as and damage hard case, I called and emailed them few times but no response at all, few hours later I shipped the product back to them, after they found out that I returned it, they sent me an email stating there would be 15% return fee and That I should read terms and conditions, I tried to explain that on their website with big words posted that 30 days return gurantee with no restrictions applied anywhere around it, but they didn't care and worst than that they won't refund me for 15 days, these people lied, mislead and sent a used product as new,

If something sounds too good to be true it probably is not true.

"I purchased a remote camera from this company to around $200 that had an impressive list of features and capabilities. What I received was a cheap plastic camera that would barely transmit a signal if you were standing right beside the camera, much less transmit the images remotely. Most to the capabilities of the camera listed on the website either didn't work as advertised or did not exist. Documentation of the product setup, operation, and troubleshooting was just pathetic and the "app" to run the camera is primitive and dysfunctional with seemingly constant crashes, Support for the product was basically non-existent and the return procedure was equally as poor. Finally I got the product returned at my cost and they did offer a partial refund because the company claimed it was subject to a restocking fee. When I questioned the partial refund/restocking fee for a non-working product the company basically said tough luck.

Based on my dealings with this company, I would guess it is run out of some greasy little shyster's garage and their sole objective is to produce a slick-looking website to lure in unsuspecting customers with inflated claims about really poorly designed cheap products to screw consumers.

There, I feel much better....

Excellent Dash Cam

"I bought my zBlackBox-2000HD on February 14th and received it February 19th. It was a smooth easy process on the Internet. Plus I was able to take advantage of the sale using the code word, so simple. I've been so happy with my dash cam, I use it every time I'm in the car. It's easy to erase after each commute, and easy to attach to windshield. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I rarely write reviews, but after reading all these negative comments I wanted to let you know that I had a great experience with my online purchase and love my dash cam."

"I never wrote a review before until now. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I ever had in my entire life. I never had any customer service experience as poor as this company and am surprised that this company is not completely shut down due to the massive BBB complaints and negative customer reviews. I don't understand how this company sell "State of the Art" electronics when all of their electronics are USED, DEFECTIVE or overall POOR QUALITY. Whoever their vendor are should be ashamed and extremely cautious to do business with these people. Don't be fooled by the "actual shopper ratings" they received on their website, they can easily have people affiliated and review positive to improve their credibility. They are also usually short so you can tell they are not legit and was spammed. If you Google Zetronix review or complaints, you will see the real customer reviews such as this one. I bought 2 cameras from their online shop 2 months ago (zetronix.com). When it arrived, I can instantly tell it's used from a number of factors: there were clips recorded that was leftover by their workers or whoever had it last, the recording device made an annoying beeping noise with the videos it records, the clip that protects the lenses doesn't hold shut. I instantly email their customer service team, they accepted the return and they received it back within 2-3 days. After couple of business days, I still received no response. I emailed them again and finally got a response after a week and they say they will process the return in the order they receive. This is ridiculous of how slow their return process is. Most companies will have it completed in less than a week. I waited couple more days and no response. Frustrated from all of this, I decided to call their "Live Support," ***-***-****. It ringed through couple of times then straight to their voicemail. I called them back the next day and it went straight to their voicemail. I tried once again in couple of hours and same thing - STRAIGHT TO THEIR VOICEMAIL. It seems like they blocked my number or block whoever's number that calls them frequently for customer support. Then, I knew that this company is extremely SHADY and decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. After about 2 weeks, my credit card company told me that they got in contact with a live person and they agreed to "FULLY REFUND ME OF MY ORDER." After another week pass, I received a credit from Zetronix. It was about 70% refund of my full order. I instantly emailed their customer service team again and ask when I will be receiving the rest of my return credit? I was supposed to get a FULL REFUND as stated in the agreement from my credit card company. Then, they emailed me back and said to refer to their "restocking fee policy." REALLY? AFTER THEY EVEN AGREED TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY'S AGREEMENT??? Of course then they never responded back after that so I explain the situation to my credit card company, they did a charge back and issued me back the remaining credit. Thank god this absolute madness is over. Again, I don't write reviews unless it has gotten out of hand. This is by far the worst of the worst experience I ever encountered. I read other negative reviews that people have left. The common trend seems to be their DELAYED REFUNDS OR NO REFUNDS AT ALL, NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR "LIVE SUPPORT OR SHOTTY QUALITY CONTROL OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I feel like the way how this company makes money is by SCAMMING YOU FROM THEIR "RESTOCKING FEE." How this work is: they sell you the "new" product you bought on their website. You get mad because something is wrong with it or it fell apart and you return it back to them. Once they gathered the partial payment from you due to "restocking fee." Repack and mark it as "new." They will move on to the next victim and do the same. Do yourself a favor and buy a reputable website like Amazon. Their product is guaranteed brand new or if you're not satisfied, they will give you a easy return. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE TRAPPED AND COULD END UP WORST THEN I DID. LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE. GOOD LUCK TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO IS "TRAPPED" BY THIS COMPANY. "
